I have also been sent entirely the wrong product and pictures of my toddler have been sent to a stranger.

Vistaprint have been exceptionally slow to respond. Initial complaints were met with generic e mails, and this has ensured I have spent considerable time chasing my product. '
They have not acknowledged that pictures of my child or apologised for the fact that my pictures have been sent to a stranger which, for child protection reasons, concerns me

. There has been no apology for the time, effort I have just to get my product and they have in no way, addressed the issues concerns.

There has been no real effort to ensure that this does not happen again. I am now awaiting for my calendar for a second time.

I certainly will never, ever use Vistaprint again.
