Interparcel and the Courier themselves couldn't explain why the parcel was over a week delayed. It was 'lost' in the system, they could not even track the parcel. Poor communication all round. I was left in the dark as was my customer on the whereabouts of the consignment. I've had one other consignment stolen in transit a few months back. Takes too long to get information, and when you do it is frustratingly incorrect or of no use. Insure your goods people. INSURE WHEN YOU USE WITH THESE GUYS!
