Used the chewable blackcurrant Omega 3s. All fine except I do not like it being assumed that I want sales emails after a purchase.
Ordered online. Asked to review but the keys have not arrived yet and I have had no communication. I rang and after an hour was rung back told that these keys need to be specially ordered in from Spain and can take 2-3 weeks, but there was no indication of this when I ordered them, or in confirmation emails etc.
On the website is a banner that says "With few exceptions, orders recieved before 3pm are posted same day. All prices exclude VAT" I would expect that an exception that means it is 2-3 weeks rather than 1 day would be detailed on the site. I think it is somewhat lucky that I did not choose to pay an extra £6 for guaranteed next day delivery! - The option for this should not be there if the product is not available next day! I wonder if I had paid this extra £6 if I would have been contacted or refunded...I suspect not.
On talking to the staff at fastkeys I was not really offered an apology - more a case of well that's the way it is.
