After placing an order through Amazon a xmas gift for my Mum I thought all would be ok as ordering beginning of November plenty of time....... this is until YODEL were involved. Fisrt they deliver to the wrong address!!!! Then unable to retrieve it surprise surprise! Then try and deliver it unfortunately this time Mums bell doesn';t work driver does not knock (what did we do before front door bells?) Mum arranges delivery for the 26/11/12 stays in all day continues to check bell throught day incase your wondering but no show repeats same on the 27/11/12 as she still has faith in them again no show. They then tell Amazon they have tried to deliver 3 times( (no cards this time) and return order to Amazon who now advise me out of stock !!! I am dissapointed and appalled. I have tried to ring YODEL number advetised not the corerct number - advise them on their website but the 8 didgit number they gave is not recognised? YODEL sort yourselves out people have not got the time energy or money to chase up your mistakes! ( calling from Australia and unable to send perfume from here hence the use of Amazon) Extremely disgruntled and dissapointed in AMAZON for using such a shoddy outfit
