mattress great, pillows not so good
mattressonline's price for the item I wanted was matched pretty much everywhere I looked, but they included 2 free pillows "worth up to £20" so I thought I might as well buy from them & get those too.
Delivery was prompt & the mattress is fine, so that's ok, but sadly the pillows are not worth anything close to £20. The poly-cotton fabric is coarse, & the filling thin & uneven, so that is disappointing.

Helpful, not pushy. Got the job done.
I was contacted initially and given the options available to me clearly and concisely.
There was no sales pressure.
I considered other offers and Age partnership's offer was competitive,
I was given sensible help to complete the forms and all paperwork was completed quickly and without errors.
The advisor was friendly and approachable.
I had to change my plans halfway through the process and this was handled well.
Overall this was a very easy process, which was NOT what I was expecting in what,. to me, is a very complicated area.
