The product was fine and delivery very prompt. However, I think that customer services should know their products a little better. I requested some dimensions of the position of the waste (which is not on their drawings or illustrations - should be). The dimensions given didn't relate to the product!! Secondly I asked for advise on the waste/overflow as again this is not mentioned anywhere in their descriptions. I was advised on a product that is totally unsuitable for the product. First reason - the waste is included and already fitted to the product. Had the customer services known the product they would of course known this fact. The product they recommended would not have fitted in any manner of way. If they tidied this aspect up they would sell many more. Otherwise delighted with product and delivery.
