When I ordered my radiators, etc. I was told my order would be delivered in 3-5 working days. I then got an email confirming that my delivery would be the following Friday. I stayed in all day and when it became apparent that there would be no delivery, I rang customer services and a nice lady said she would check and ring me back. Unfortunately she could not get anyone to tell her why the goods had not been delivered, everyone else had knocked off for the weekend, and she promised she would check on Monday.
As promised she called me on Monday as said that the delivery would now be the following Friday.
On Friday, a rep called with my radiators in his car, he said he had called in the warehouse and they had asked him if he would do them a favour and deliver my goods. Good job he did, or they might not of been delivered that day either. Still I got them in the end , good job it wasn't winter and I was desperate for the heat from my new radiators!!
