Quick delivery, not great equipment!
Unfortunately the mask that came with the set I ordered lets in a lot of water even though its the same size as the usual masks I wear.. Flippers were great and snorkel okay but in general a bit of a disappoint. Really pleasantly surprised by delivery! Ordered at midnight Monday and it arrived at midday Wednesday.

Modern silicone masks usually provide a good fit for most faces, the mask you had was from Mares, one of the worlds leading suppliers of masks for Scuba and snorkelling.
It may just be that this one is not the right fit for you, but it's also possible that it may have a fault or have been damaged in transit. If you think this may be the case please return it to us so that we can check it out and, if there is a fault, replace the mask for you.
