Absolutely atrocious!!

I have had the displeasure to have two items 'delivered' by this company.one from House of Fraser and one from Grattan home shopping.both orders never reached me,only for the courier to say they had delivered them.they should only let this shady lot deliver parcels you can sign for to prove you have received them!!
