soss hinges
the product is fine but on the website it wasn't clear whether it was a pair of hinges or just one so that entailed a phone call plus a possible extra delivery charge as I had already placed my order. Staff were very helpful and polite. However, my delivery was scheduled for the following day but wasn't delivered until a day later which was disappointing.

I have checked our website and it does now say these hinges are sold as a pair which should stop any further confusion.
I have also spoken to our courier in regards to the late delivery and it appears the driver got held up on the original delivery day. Normally in cases like this we do contact customers to advise of any issues so I am sorry this did not happen on this occasion. I have reimbursed the delivery charge you paid.
I hope this will not deter you from using us again and we look forward to doing business with you again in the future.
