I thought the pass was wonderful all but the customer Service.
No one would help me at all!!! I sent over 20 emails in a 3 month time frame requesting help on my pass since our travel dates changed. When I arrived in London my travel pass would not work and the people that were actually at a stop on the transit would not help me at all. The actual pass to go to the attractions worked well and as advertised.

Sorry you did not get a response - I have checked our customer service emails and I cannot find any emails from the address registered from this order.
We do have the ability to change the dates on travelcards however in this instance I cannot see you have requested it.
