I use Interparcel to set up parcel collections via the internet, usually using UPS as the carrier. I have NEVER lost anything using UPS, and on the few occasions I chose a different carrier and it did go missing - I was always credited for the loss of the parcel really quite quickly.
We are in a remote location and if I have booked once package but missed the cut-off time for a subsequent parcel, the driver will usually take it and it gets there the same day it was "booked" to be collected.
I had to cancel a parcel collection once, because our customer cancelled and I was able to get a full refund and the collection cancelled really easily.
So, you don't have to speak to them, because it doesn't really go wrong, but on the times when you do, they perform really well. I must add though that I am only sending printed material - so no chance of breakages! Having looked at other reviews, I agree hanging on the phone (premium line) is exceedingly frustrating. Pay no attention to the recording telling you how long your wait will be!
