I have ordered a camera from Value Basket 10 days ago and still no sign or item being despatched. Have tried calling UK number numerous tiimes but can never get an answer - have emailed them twice and again no response. Not happy at all with lack of communication.
I have now had an email which does not answer my questions and the email with regard to a refund has been ignored totally. Have tried call numerous times again today with no answer. Am now getting in touch with my credit card to arrange for them to get involved. I DO NOT WANT THIS ITEM I WANT A FULL REFUND IMMEDIATELY - SHOCKING SERVICE AND I DONT LIKE THE FACT THAT THE SITE IS MADE TO LOOK LIKE A UK SITE WHEN IT IS NOT. CONTACT BY PHONE NOT EMAIL NOW!!!!!
Finally got through to them on phone yesterday - not helpful at all and told me to email to cancel my order which I have already done and they ignored. Have done this again but no sign of order being cancelled or money being refunded. Am so angry about this as until I have my money back I cannot order another camera from eleswhere. Will never ever use this site again and will also make sure everyone I know is aware of the shocking service.
