Ordering on the web is easy and cheap but not very informative or personnal. The conversations I have had with Jane @ Hoildaysplease I gained far more relevant information and the price was lower than the web, overall an excellent way of booking my holiday. I would have no hesitation of using Jane again and have already recommended her to colleages.
