I ordered a lamp and a chair, the money taken from my account in July when ordered, i'm still trying to resolve a customer complaint. The lamp arrived, it is at best cheap and nasty. The chair took 12 weeks (i was told max 8). Poorly packages with cobbled together cardboard and bubble wrap. So disappointed when i opened it. Again a cheap imitation style copy of a "designer" chair. The arm developed a hole within a week where the frame had cut through due to lack of cushioning. I contacted made.com to return and was told i had to re-package and it would be collected. I had to go out and buy packaging as you couldn't possibly cobble together theirs again. I returned the chair 6 weeks ago and still haven't had a refund - so they have now had £400 of my money since July for a product i rejected. I have e-mails saying my refund is with their finance team?? Their website and marketing makes you think you are getting top notch furniture at cheap prices. The truth is you are getting very cheap products at expensive prices. Products are poor quality and customer service is terrible. Don't buy anything from made, there are many other great furniture stores!!
