Dpd in the past have been spot on, no problems. I ordered a car stereo online tracking number was sent, on 27th November 09:00 stating consignment shipped for next day delivery, then was sent an email by dpd saying it will be delivered for 28th. The tracking status has not changed, I called the supplier, they said the spoke with dpd and was told its just lost??? What is going on? I needed this item urgently, hence the next day option. This has screwed things up for me, with no real explanation. I have faith but you have to earn it.
