Dead flowers missed the funeral

A friend in Brazil sent flowers for my mothers funeral but they arrived a day late and were dead! After numerous e-mails and photos to the company they offered to send another bunch or give the sender a refund.Evidently I did not want the sender to know how awful the flowers were and that they had missed the funeral and I had to point out that the recipient was actually dead so would not wish to have e replacement!! I suggested they sent me the refund and I would pay it as a donation to my Mum's chosen charity.Needless to say it's now nearly 3 weeks and of course nothing has happened.Serenata are impossible to communicate with as they have no address or phone contact and you are reliant on waiting for an answer to your e-mails.I have never written a review before but I am so disgusted with serenata I felt I had to warn others.DO NOT USE THIS FIRM EVER,THEY TAKE THE MONEY AND IF YOU ACTUALLY GET FLOWERS THEY ARE LATE OR DEAD.

It's now over 11 weeks since the order eventually turned up (mostly dead) Serenata agreed to send me a full refund! This did not happen because I did not send a return E-mail. I waited another 4 weeks and they said they had sent it to my bank! This was impossible as they didn't have my bank details!! Now they tell me they will only refund the card holder!! The card holder does not know her flowers were too late and dead for my mothers funeral. I wonder what the next lie will be?
Does anyone know how to actually contact this firm? Either an address or actual phone number where you can talk to somebody as it is virtually impossible to make contact as their link doesn't work either!!

I intend to persevere to the end with this company as a matter of principle, they must not be allowed to get away with getting money out of vulnerable people.
