I have used interparcel for many years and given their name to other friends-
the last 3 collections have given sooo much hag -they offered me a refund - which I accepted on one which cost me more - the other 2 interparcel did deliver but kept asking me would I like a refund and use other couriers and on all collections they were given specific collection instrutions
