I sent a parcel through interparcel, the address label on confirmation had not come through but the chap collected the parcel anyway, two weeks later I had a call to say my customer had not recieved the parcel, which was worth approx £300. I contacted interparcel who were very unhelful and I was told because of the length of time there was no hope of finding the parcel and they were not prepared to even look for it because the driver had collected it with no labels. I did manage to get them to look for it although they were back a little too quick to have looked for it properly. Needless to say we had to replace the item for our customer at our cost.
Now I use parcel2go unless I have missed the same day collection time.
