Fantastic service - the sort rarely seen these days

I have used FoneBank on a number of occasions but it just so happened that I was going to be within 200 yards of their London address when I was ready to dispose of my old phone. I used the online booking-in - very simple process - and used the 'personal visit' option. The next day I dropped the phone in at the office - all done in 30 seconds - and within a couple of hours had an e-mail confirming that all was in order and the money was on its way to my bank. It was there the next day. Excellent, faultless service - top marks.
