Disgraceful service, The lost parcel, I carried out three chats to find out what had happened and was advised someone would come back to me,. Two emails and no reply and finally two phone calls and more promises of a call back, Finally to be told they did not know where the parcel was, I am waiting still for my claim to be acknowledged and since then two more smashed candles, which I have sent lots of times before through Royal mail and never had them break! It is clear that they have been seriously man handled. I am seriously worried about a printer I sent and also more candles. They are almost certainly smashed to bits.
I would stay well clear. Their couriers must be absolute APES
