Absolutely excellent service - quick dispatch. Boy looking like 007 within 48 hours. Very happy - free returns as well as exchanges would be good.
I reordered bigger jacket size and returned small one separately paying twice to reduce turnaround time but then had to pay to send the first one back - sort of a manual exchange...
Great customer support - got call re delay. Courier texted time of delivery and emailed and then delivered!

For those who order drink we should warn you...it could more than one delivery away
Drinkshop seems the place to go for every kind of drink
but pause a while and look again and have a long hard think...
Can you commit and cancel work in case your wine arrives?
And when it doesn't rebook and wait...of course not - we have lives!
The tracking number you receive from courier Citylink
May fill your heart with hope that you may soon receive your drink
But after staying in 2 days and working from your home
You must call back and try quite hard to not complain or moan
So this goes out to Drinkshop...please change your courier-man
To DPD or UKMail or someone with a van
That delivers after hours or gives a 2 hour slot
And texts before they get to you to see if you're in ....or NOT.
This has to be much cheaper than fielding all the calls
From disenfranchised customers who want to make hi-balls!
