Delivery was meant to happen TODAY. My poor mother spent the whole day waiting for my parcels as I requested to her to,as previously, the driver came to deliver the parcels and hadn't bothered to get our security guy to sign for them at reception. DPD UK confirmed that they would be delivering my items TODAY. My mother got no text from the company and I got no email as promised to confirm times when the items would be delivered. When i called up to enquire, the customer representative said the items hadn't left the depot??

On their website it says 'they are being held' - WHERE?!
I have contacted zara to put in a complaint. It's a traversty that such a big company such as their's is using such a service with so many global clients. They need to look into this, as this service is an unbelivably shocking!
