Customer services are a disgrace! I recently purchased a Vax Hoover which arrived faulty in their yard sale, despite them stating on their VAX website that the items in the sale were not returns or refurbished, mine and my fathers had clearly been previously used. I contacted customer services to immediately report the fault and was promptly dispatched a returns package. However, nearly two weeks later, despite being informed that they would immediately despatch a new vacuum within 3-5 days of return, I still have no vacuum cleaner. I have contacted them on numerous occasions to be informed that they have looked into the matter and even been reassured by their customer call centre manager that he has ordered a new model, but to no avail. Shame on you VAX!!
