UPDATE 04 DEC 12 - After much posting on twitter and facebook, and emails and calls...I finally received phone back, and money refunded.
Phone screen repaired, however phone now has problems, reboots, battery issues, lost responsiveness of screen - would never use them again. Better off going to Apple, spend £140, get it done properly.

Please DO NOT use this company. I sent my iPhone 4s for screen repair on 19th Nov 12, and despite their online promise to fix and send back for next day delivery in 24 hours, I have not received my phone (currently 28th Nov 12). Every day I phone the tel: 0800 002 9528. All my phone calls go to an Orange voice mail, and never returned. Every day I email firstname.lastname@example.org and I get no response. I've even tried reasoning and said "just send it back if you can't fix it" no response. I had only one email saying "Apologies...Your iPhone has been repaired...and will be sent out later today. I'll make sure that it's send by Saturday delivery to get it back to you tomorrow..." Guess what...nothing, no response afterwards despite my every effort, every day.
The status of my order has been 'received' and has not changed since it arrived.
I have paid £59 + postage for Rotten Apples to steal my iPhone! I'm now engaging with Fraud department and starting criminal proceedings. PLEASE learn from my mistake. I wish I had read the other views online before submitting the order, some others say the same thing. this can't be a 'one-off'
