Lengthy wait

Poor service really. First time i've used and was not impressed, there was nearly 3 weeks wait for bank transfer to go through which is ludicrous. Also was sent incorrect emails saying my oreder had not been received by you even though i had previous emails stating the order was been processed, had to call to find out. Just feel it was an ameture experience.
