Great company, bad deliveries!!

Love Very, love the website, but the delivery is pants!!! Ordered a large item, driver left a card to say delivery was attempted. I called them and they said they had to attempt 3 deliveries before I could go and collect!! I stressed that I work, but they said that was the system!! When item ordered was told i would be contacted re delivery, but nobody contacted me!!
Easy to order, great that they tell you whether item in stock.
