Didn't seem like they any idea on how to apply your dimensions. I bought a suit which was much too wide in the waist and chest, fell five inches below where the coat should have ended, had and arm cavities which felt like sacks and pant legs which all had to be taken up by two or more inches. Additionally, the quality was horrific, the seams messy and not straight and the shoulders pads canter levered two inches past the end of my arms. Felt more like a coat of armour than a carefully tailored suit.
How are these guys still in business - guarantee is also a false promise. Never delivering on their end.
