Ordered 3 things from Argos totaling £300, and they charged over £8 delivery, when others give free for larger orders. Fair enough, but they are yet to fulfil the order, and will not until December 13th, so I contacted them via their website (through email).
No response, they do not even acknowledge I have sent them a complaint. After watching Watchdog this week, I found out Argos are ripping off people by using a premium rate number just for complaints, so maybe thats what their waiting for, to earn of every complaint.
Very poor experience.
