first time and will be the last!

waiting on a refund i havent got items for. emailed more than once just not gettin enywhere.cannot speak to enyone only by email will not use again.

Hi Julie,

I have looked into your refund and it appears that it was processed on the 02-12-2012 and should appear in your account within 3-5 working days.

Unfortunately our customer advisers do not have the facility to contact customers via the telephone, however we do offer our Facebook and Twitter as an alternative and more direct option for contacting advisers.
