Stiffly blowing in the wind

Robust product (50m) swiftly delivered with promised cover and metal pole support and peg sample. Took a couple of hours to prepare hole and cement in at recommended depth with fast setting concrete. Rotary line was very stiff to extend and received prompt advice by phone as to how to release a little tension if line uneven after storage/transit. Still stiff albeit a little eased and have a promise of replacement if after a couple of months it gets no easier. Satisfied with courteous telephone response when problem reported.

Many thanks for your positive review. As discussed on the telephone i am sure you will find that with use and some warmer weather the stiffness you refer to will become easier. When the lines of a rotary airer are new and the weather so cold they are less malleable, and some resistance when extending the arms is natural, however, after a few loads of wet laundry and a bit of warmer weather this issue does not improve to your satisfaction, please give me a call and i will replace the unit for you.
