Terrible service. Where do I start?
1) They oversold the office I was supposed to move into and gave me an alternate -- with no light switch. Took over 2 months to get it fixed.
2) Tons of billing issues -- that were only resolved after emails threatening to dispute payment with credit card company.
3) After move out - I switched to the virtualmailbox plan. Its been a month since the move out and they are yet to initiate my mail forwarding as requested.
