STAY CLEAR!!! - YODEL and INTERPARCEL BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just didnt collect parcel dispite us emailing to confirm collection would be made that day, no one turned up and then we called at 5:15 to ask where the driver was - Lady said we were still on the list to collect - no one collected!!!! Next day we called and the Lady said someone had collect and scanned at 15:30!!!!!!!!! HOW? When we called at 17:15 to say it hadnt been collected?

They have no idea what they are doing - when we complained and then asked for it to be recollected interparcel said they couldnt do it by the day we needed and we were better to cancel and go somewhere else!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Absolutely USELESS!!! Dont waste your time.
