First of all I must say i never leave negative reviews as I know sometimes things go wrong but on this occasion I have never come across such bad service so many times. The item did not arrive when we had arranged delivery (I had taken the day off work) we called them at 5pm to see if it was still on its way to which we were told the delivery company was closed and they would call us first thing Monday. Surprise surprise they never called so I called them and was told 100% it would be Monday (so once again I had to finish work early to make sure someone was in all day) at 4pm it had not arrived so we called and they said it will be delivered by 6.30pm and what a surprise it never arrived and by 6.30 obviously they were closed!!! I called to cancel the order on Tuesday and there was no apologies. I am not the type of person who complains to get things for free, if things go wrong that's fine but a simple apology is all it takes and to follow through when putting things right. This company did neither and was not bothered at all that I cancelled my order! I also can not believe how many bad reviews there are regarding customer service and delivery and yet still nothing seems to be getting done about it!!
