HARD WORK, PART OF ORDER NOT DELIVERED

Shower tray not delivered, had to make a 120 mile round trip to collect as bathroom fitter could not wait until BetterBathrooms!! could deliver, bath tap delivery was delayed twice, no sympathy from the customer services each time I called it was the proverbial "sorry" I diid not need a sorry I needed action, the plumber was sent away the job was delayed and I was left very very frustrated and annoyed, I would not recommend BetterBathrooms - why would I.
