I sent them a perfectly good, HTC HD2 phone I was using right up until I sent them it.
They sent me an email to say the tough screen wasn't working & instead of the £60, I was now getting £16.
I told them 8 times to send me the phone back & they ignored EVERY email & sent the cheque which I returned.
Headworkers, DO NOT USE THESE & LET EVERYONE ELSE KNOW

As a mobile recycling company, we do receive brand new phones, refurbished phones, used phones, broken/damaged phones and as per the process we follow, our service technicians send an e-mail to the customer about revised price and if the customer is not happy with it, the phone is returned back without any delivery charges to the customer in the next two working days.
