100% Customer Satisfaction

After ordering a wash basin and tap it arrived but the tap was dented. I emailed 2 photos to Clickbasin and got immediate responce and a replacement within 2 days. All the time I got updates and tracking advice. What more could they have done - NOTHING !!!!! 100%
