Appalling customer service, expensive shipping, you have to pay for returns.
I cancelled an order and they sent it out anyway.
I then had to literally FIGHT with idiotic people on email and phone to get them to pay for the return.
The phone customer services was the single worst shopping experience I have ever had.

HOW DO I REPLY TO YOU, BRITTANY?? You haven't provided an email address... is this another scam to make it look like you care...? I think the stream of shocking reviews below shows you really don't.
Sent out an order, despite my having cancelled it. Then tried to make me pay return postage. APPALLING email customer service - completely disregarded my comments. APPALLING telephone customer service - rather than saying sorry, they AGAIN tried to make me pay return postage, before finally agreeing to a free return.
PRETTY SURE THIS IS ILLEGAL.
I bought a couple of 'over the bump' tights to try them out, and a wrap dress.
The service was TERRIBLE: I found LONG waiting times for despatch and delivery; once the package arrived they items were labelled not for return (this wasn't indicated when I ordered!); the customer service phone line is closed on saturday.
Generally a joke...
What about the product? Well the joke continued. The tights have seams on the inside. The most uncomfortable tights I have ever worn. And my normal non-maternity wrap dresses give more shape, style and room for expansion.
Definitely won't be buying from these muppets again!!!
I have made many purchases from Achica over the past couple of years. I've had no problems with smaller items: some cool doorstops and other home products. But every single order for furniture or large items has been a terrible experience!!!
I've ordered a bed, a chest or drawers, a hall table and a coffee table. Every single item arrived badly damaged. In 2 cases this was due to poor build quality, and in 3 cases there were issues with the way the product was handled in warehousing or delivery.
In one case, we watched as a single delivery guy ROLLED our coffee table down the street to our house on its LEATHER sides!!! This really should have been a 2-man delivery - they'd charged £50 for delivery, so should have had the money for a better service.
Now the customer service - in summary: very friendly and nice, but entirely inept - they don't follow-up, or respond in a timely manner. Then, if they do agree to a replacement, they want you to wait in for a collection, before making you wait in again for a new delivery on a separate day - wasting enormous amounts of time!
WOW - these guys are CHEAP and EFFICIENT! Can't believe the spped at which they're able to manufacture and send out blinds to your exact specification! I was initialy sceptical, as the website looked a bit naff... but as you get into the order, you find loads of options to customise the product, and a next day upgrade for only FIVE POUNDS (!) per blind.... totally, totally impressed!
