Easy Wellies
Easy purchase, delivered next day
Website is fairly easy to use, but then I knew what I wanted beforehand. Wellies came next day but only after chasing DPD, the couriers, who lied about trying to deliver. Perhaps you could consider another courier? Without them, the service was trouble-free.

Easy to use website. Item missing on delivery but sorted out quickly and efficiently.
I ordered a Dremel multi tool. Good price and clear website. Delivered within a few days and all OK except for missing 'Free' tool. Contacted Lawson HIS straight away and friendly sales person looked into it, phoned straight back and advised that Dremel had not included the extra tool to them. He arranged for missing items to be sent and these were received within 2 days.
