I had a problem with a connector that i ordered (molex to 6 pin for gfx card), I spoke to Bailey in customer services and he offered to send me out a replacement free of charge without me needing to post back the faulty connector.
I consider this excellent service as normally a company would request you sent back the faulty goods first, doing this would have doubled the cost of the connector for me.
