I ordered on the 15th November, delivery was expected between 23rd - 27th November. Order has not been arrived yet and I have sent two emails, which I have had no response too. I have also tried calling, but only get an automated voice telling me that the customers advisors are all busy and I get cut off. All I want to know is when can I expect to receive my order.
Update 2nd December 2012.
Still no update on when I will be receiving my order.

Having not received any communication from WAE+ on when delivery of my order was going to be, I decided to cancel my order. I received the following response :-

We are sorry you are not satisfied with your order, we have received your request to cancel. We will be more than happy to provide you with a full refund.
The refund will be processed and back into your account within 3-5 working days.
We aim to resolve this as quickly and efficiently as possible. Thank you for your time and cooperation.
Fingers crossed I receive my refund no later than 12/12/12. I will keep you all updated.
Low and behold no refund as yet!!!!!!!!!!!
Sent an email chasing it and received the following:-

We are contacting you in regards to complications that have arisen with our
previous payment merchant which has affected our ability to process your
Due to this issue, we must unfortunately notify you that we have tried to
refund your card for the amount you paid with the funds leaving our account - this has
not gone through. We therefore must request that you file a dispute with your bank
for the transaction, as we are unable to complete the refund now from our side. In
many cases this should be straight forward, and quick. Chargebacks
are there to protect the consumer in situations where they are unable to receive
their funds back via normal methods.
We realise that this is asking more of you than is normally expected, and
we can only apologise for this, and any inconvenience this may cause you.
Should you have any issue regarding this, let us know and we will see what
we can do to try to help further. We regret that we are unable to refund your
transaction and hope that your bank can assist you with a swift conclusion.
I have now contacted my bank and I have filled out and sent back the "Chargeback" forms. So looks like I will get my refund no thanks to WAE+
