Simply Beach
LOVE THIS COMPANY :-)
I ordered quite a lot of stuff and it was my first time using this company. It arrived straight away. I was kept up to date with the delivery, they even gave an almost exact time which was very useful. I then had to send some back because it was the wrong size for me and it was really easy to send back. My re-ordered items arrived just as quickly and the stuff that I kept I was extremely pleased with and they all got many compliments on my holiday. I got a very quick refund for all items returned. Overall I can't fault these guys. The only small thing I would recommend they do is to print the item details on the return form so you don't have to fill in yourself and to put the relating prices beside them to remind you how much each item was (because we all know this can sometimes be a big factor when deciding whether to keep or not).

Took my money, sent no goods, now ignoring me. Total CROOKS!
I ordered some Chanel Chance over the internet from this company. Stupidly I did not check them out before doing so as the site looked quite professional and it appeared in a few search engines along with other reputable companies I have used before.
After taking a look around and seeing that some people had reported receiving counterfeit goods I contacted Scentmall using their "Contact Us" section on their webpage asking to cancel the order and not take my money.
They took my money and I received an e mail telling me as my goods had not yet been dispathed they would give me a refund. That was over a month ago.
I have since chased it several times but not received any response or my money bag.
I have basically been robbed by this company and I would warn anybody who is thinking of dealing with them to think twice.
