Unreliable delivery but very good customer service

I had payed £10 for next day delivery which in my opinion is extortion but as I needed the products quickly I had to take that option... The items didn't come next day... And when they did arrive a day later the packaging of the table tennis bat was in a poor condition open and ripped down the side... On the plus side however when I called up I talked to a very polite lady who refunded the delivery charge fully... There was no a compensation for the state of the packaging but as I was happy with the customer service I did not peruse the matter... My brother for whom the items were is very impressed with both the quality and the performance
