got email. told my parcel will arrive today.
been waiting in all day. I thought i would track on line but not only could the tracker not track (unless i click on track in email i received) but the contact number which promises an hour of delivery cant be used because it says get your parcel no. ready then when you ring it asks for consignment number. I used both (correct from their email) but neither where recognized by useless automated system.

Thanks for getting in touch. The reason that delivery has not taken place is that we have not yet received your parcel from the sender. I would recommend contacting the sender to establish when it will be dispatched.
