We were quoted a price for our iPhones 4, (which were in mint condition) We were happy with the quote, compared to the risk of selling them on an auction site. We sent them off paying for recorded delivery to ensure safe delivery. Upon inspection/arrival, we were told our price had fallen by approximately £15 per phone due to scratches. Not really sure about this report as our phones were lovingly cared for, maintained in a case with a screen cover. Seemed a bit convenient and my wife asked for the phones to be returned. We were told each phone would cost five pounds to send back to us, which we thought was outrageous when they had changed the agreement, I would understand if the phones had been sent off clearly in a sub standard state but I know these phones were mint. After a bit of wrangling they agreed to pay us the quoted price, which we were really pleased with. Money was in our account within hours all cleared, excellent payment, after a bit of protest. All in all good service, bags arrived quickly, money was even quicker.
