Delivery

I will be going to see swedish house mafia on december the 13th which is coming close. My friends have also used viagogo to buy their tickets and there's came within 2 weeks of ordering, whereas I ordered mine 3 weeks ago and still no sign and they haven't still been dispatched. I paid over £300 for these tickets and im getting worried that they wont be delivered in time, when ive checked to see when delivery will be viagogo says usually dispatched within 2 - 1 week(s) before the event, I would like to know a specific date of dispatch.
