Easy to use website, great customer service

I havnt received the item yet, and hope the back up service is as good as the sales one. I was worried that I was speaking to someone in the US, when I am in the UK, but found the service excellent, and the products offered were appropriate to what I was ordering to get me up and ready to go as soon as i received the camera.
