Our aged double oven finally gave up the ghost at lunchtime last week. Rather than repairing it (again), we decided within half an hour of confirming it wasn't anything simple like the element, that the time for a new one was upon us.
Half an hour later it was ordered and the next morning at around 8.30am the new NEFF arrived.

They took the money from my credit card immediately, then emailed to say they were out of stock of the bulbs I ordered. Cheeky eh?
Replacement stock was due soon. But it took around a month. Then they sent the wrong bulbs.
Fair enough they eventually sent the correct ones (several weeks later) and I returned the wrong ones.
Was promised a refund cheque within 3 days. That was a month ago.
Have emailed them again today. Next step: small claims court (in UK at least).
Incredibly inefficient, and happy to recommend any other supplier in preference.
Ordered a chainsaw from Tooled-up on Thursday, and it arrived the next day. Excellent price and spare chain also included as part of the deal. Friendly staff who knew the product were at the end of the line as I had a query which they answered promptly.
The delivery (through DPS I think it was) was well-managed with frequent (but not too many!) updates about when it would be delivered. If I ran a company, I'd love it to be as well-organised as this one is!
Ive no hesitations in recommending EAV: I purchased an Allen & Heath mixer from them almost two years ago. Despite a hardware problem outside their control (and due to A & H themselves) EAV were exemplary with their support and communication. They are still my first port of call for major home studio purchases and will remain so.
Personally, I like the fact that the staff there (Jonathan in particular) really do know what they are talking about...
I am quick to criticise but more than happy to praise where it's due. EAV are definitely worthy of praise for their product knowledge, communication and support.
...they forgot to include part of my order (smoked salmon). However they did arrange for it to be sent a fortnight later, which is OK with us but may have been a problem for someone relying on them for an important dinner party.
The meat quality was absolutely wonderful though, and we'll be ordering again from them soon.
