I've ordered the goods on the 20th of November - I got an automatic email informing me that I would have got the goods within 3 working days. That did not happen.
I've mailed several times, always been told "yep, they are ready to be dispatched"...and still "order in process".
I don't know what's going on....by reading other reviews there is clearly a fault somewhere in the dispatch process...How long am I going to wait now?? Shall I get my stuff from a normal shop? Don't know what to do...
