Hotel Direct
Simple, easy and did exactly what they promised
We booked a hotel in central London at short notice. The web site was easy and simple to use and we chose a "hidden Jem" 4 star hotel with just a touch of trepidation! Any fears were unfounded, the hotel was perfect, exactly as described on the web site. I really liked the e mail I received the day before checking in saying that Hotel direct had phoned the hotel to confirm our reservation, it even gave the names of the people involved. Previously, with other "3rd party" booking agents I've turned up to find that theres no sign of my reservation! Not this time. Excellent experience and I will definitely use Hotel Direct again.
